As our business expands in Singapore, we are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Project Supervisors to join our upcoming project in Singapore. What you'll be doing- Supervise and oversee hook-up installation works for semiconductor tools.
- Understand and comply with Singapore construction site regulations and standards, including but not limited to:
- SS 679:2021 (Worksite Safety and Health Management System)
- SS 650 / SS 638 (Temporary Electrical / Power Installation Standards)
- Prepare and handle Near Miss reports, incident investigations, and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective / Preventive Actions (CAR).
- Conduct daily site inspections, maintain proper records, coordinate with contractors, and manage on-site contingencies.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health & safety requirements in accordance with client and company policies.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
- Willing to work shifts and overtime in accordance with project execution requirements.
- Daily work reports.
- Site matters and work progress reporting.
- Outgoing and strong communication skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-faceted engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Experience in gas / chemical / electricity Tool installation Hookup projects related to the semiconductor industry is advantageous.
- Able to speak Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking team members from our Taiwan HQ.
