IT Technical Project Manager

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including scoping, requirements gathering, scheduling, resource planning, and change management.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and cost estimates.
• Monitor project progress using project management tools, ensuring adherence to milestones and deliverables.

• Translate technical requirements into actionable plans for engineers and stakeholders. Assess technology options, recommend appropriate solutions, and ensure technical feasibility.
• Manage system integrations, migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and application deployments.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between IT teams, business units, and external vendors.
• Facilitate communication across stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project objectives and progress.
• Negotiate contracts, manage vendor performance, and evaluate solution proposals.

• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain risk registers.
• Ensure projects comply with IT policies, cybersecurity standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post‑implementation evaluations.

• Manage project budgets, financial tracking, and procurement processes.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to optimize delivery and manage workload.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project charters, technical specifications, and status reports.
• Present regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Professional certifications (preferred):

• PMP, PRINCE2
• ITIL Foundation
• Agile/Scrum Master
• Relevant technical certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, Azure)

Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networks, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.

Experience managing technical projects such as:

• Cloud migration (Azure, AWS, Ali Cloud)
• Application Development (Java, C#.NET)
• Software deployments (GitHub, Azure DevOps)
• Low Code Development (ServiceNow, Outsystems
• CRM project (Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
• Systems integration (KONG, MuleSoft, BizTalk, APIM)
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent.
