The Opportunity
  • Adecco is partnering with a leading global technology organisation to hire an experienced Creative Director to lead large-scale marketing campaigns across international markets.
  • This role sits within a global in-house creative and marketing team, responsible for delivering high-impact, brand-defining campaigns across multiple channels and regions.
  • You will lead creative direction end-to-end, working closely with agencies, marketing teams, and cross-functional partners to drive world-class creative output.
The Talent
  • 10+ years of experience in Creative Direction, ideally within agency or in-house environments
  • Proven track record in leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple formats (video, social, digital, brand platforms)
  • Strong experience managing and directing creative teams and external agencies
  • Deep understanding of social-first content, short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), and performance-driven creativity
  • Strong capability in brand storytelling, narrative development, and campaign ideation
  • Experience working across international markets and localising campaigns
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance creative excellence with performance outcomes

Preferred:

  • Exposure to emerging platforms and technologies (AI, AR/VR, gaming, Web3)
  • Experience building or evolving global brand identity and tone of voice

Job Description

As a Creative Director, you will lead the development and execution of global marketing campaigns, ensuring strong brand consistency and creative excellence across all touchpoints.

Your responsibilities include:

Creative Leadership
  • Lead and develop creative concepts and campaigns across multiple channels and formats
  • Oversee social-first campaign execution, especially for digital and short-form content
  • Define and guide creative direction, storytelling, and brand voice
Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and refine creative briefs grounded in insights and performance data
  • Drive end-to-end campaign delivery in collaboration with internal teams and agency partners
  • Ensure campaigns are strategically aligned to business and brand objectives
Stakeholder & Agency Management
  • Partner with Marketing, Media, Analytics, and Program teams to build scalable creative frameworks
  • Lead and manage external agencies and creative partners, ensuring high-quality output
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align on campaign direction and execution
Performance & Innovation
  • Leverage data and testing insights to iterate and optimise creative output
  • Drive experimentation across formats, platforms, and technologies
  • Champion innovation in creative execution and storytelling
