We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive / Senior Sales Engineer (Hunter) to join our Sales team in Singapore.

In this role, you will expand our lifts and escalators portfolio in Singapore by opening doors, building a strong pipeline from scratch, and turning complex, consultative conversations into signed deals.
  • Your day-to-day at WeMaintain

As a Senior Sales Executive / Senior Sales Engineer, you will:

  • Develop, expand and maximize business opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle, including outbound prospecting, discovery, site visits/assessment, solution and pricing, with the approval of the operations teams, presenting proposals, negotiating terms and finalising agreements before handing off to operations and finance for implementation.
  • Conduct site surveys to understand the client’s needs, equipment requirements, and constraints, and tailor our offering accordingly.
  • Build and maintain a strong and accurate pipeline in our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM), ensuring disciplined forecasting and reporting.
  • Develop a strong market network: property managers, asset managers, building owners, consultants, and contractors, etc.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upsell/cross-sell.
  • What we’re looking for

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience. Experience in the lift industry is a must.
  • Strong negotiation skills, high ownership and fully comfortable being held accountable for outcomes.
  • Able to communicate with impact and can influence at all levels
  • Aggressive, proactive, and positive
