Our client is a Japanese manufacturer specialising in robotics and automation solutions for the semiconductor industry. They are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to handle maintenance and after-sales support.

• Perform maintenance on products used in the semiconductor industry
• Conduct hands-on repair work and troubleshooting when necessary
• Support both in-house and on-site activities related to parts and equipment
• Address technical inquiries from clients and suppliers
• Prepare service reports and failure analysis documentation for customers
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, manage stock inventory, and maintain work standardisation
• Assist in new product introduction and repair development projects

• Diploma or higher in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electromechanical)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Engineer in the mechanical field
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken, written, and listening) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts
• Must possess a valid driving license to travel to client sites

• Experience as a Field Service Engineer, particularly in robotics or mid-to-large-sized semiconductor equipment
