HR Admin Manager - Generalist role (Maternity Cover) - Sembawang

As a HR Admin Manager, you will be responsible for:

Full spectrum of HR & Administration functions, but are not limited to:

  • Full cycle of Recruitment & Selection which includes references & background check
  • Work Pass application such as new application, renewal and cancellation
  • Payroll administration, IR21 and IR8A
  • Prepare HR related letters
  • Handling staff grievance
  • Training administration

Admin functions, but are not limited to:

  • Registration of new teacher, courses, etc with Committee of Private Education (CPE)
  • Updating of teaching staff records and courses

Any other duties:

  • Any other duties as required by the management

Job requirements:

  • HR qualification
  • At least 5 years' experience in HR Generalist role
  • Knowledge of HR software: Whyze (ESS and PTIS) will be an added advantage
  • High level of integrity with positive work attitude
  • Possess initiative, good communication & interpersonal skill
  • Up-to-date knowledge of HR & MOM regulations in Singapore
  • Familiar with CPE regulations will be an added advantage
  • Experience working in a school environment will be an added advantage
  • Able to commit from July 2025 to January 2026.
