Temp Student Counsellor / Disciplinary Master (4 Months Contract)

• Working hours: Monday to Friday: 40 hours/week
• Work location: 4 Yishun Street 71 (Nearest MRT Yishun)
• Employment type: 4 months contract

• Provide individual and group intervention and investigative sessions for students
• Develop and implement tailored intervention strategies for students with specific disciplinary issues
• Maintain confidential records of sessions and student progress, including taking students' statements
• Design and conduct sessions for students on social-emotional skills and self-regulation
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate social-emotional learning into the curriculum
• Implement early intervention programmes to address potential issues before they escalate
• Participate in regular meetings with the Student Development and Discipline teams
• Provide crisis intervention and support for students facing acute challenges
• Conduct regular effectiveness assessments of discipline programmes and approaches
• Prepare and submit reports on disciplinary activities and student outcomes

• A diploma in social work or equivalent or higher
• 1 year of relevant student management experience in Singapore
• Professional Knowledge and Competencies in student management
