Retail Sales Assistant/ Promoter (Premium homeware)

Working Hour: 5days - 9.30am to 7pm/ 12pm to 9.30pm
Salary Package: Basic $2400 + commission = Gross up to $3000+-

Location: Takashimaya (Department Store)

Job Scope

Handling complaints, performing inventory checks, and working with sales teams to meet sales targets.
Create a positive customer experience, drive sales, and build customer loyalty.
Promoted sales to enhance customer experience and drive revenue.

Location: Changi Jewel

Salary Package: $2,305 above + Commission: Gross Salary up to $3000+-

Job Description

Interact with customers to sell products and provide customer service
Generate new businesses (Walk Ins or / and Phone enquiries)
To contact customers and perform after sales services
Attain and maintain required service standards
Respond to service challenges, e.g. handling customer queries and / or complaints
Provide supporting activities, i.e. invoicing, packing
Maintain housekeeping standards at the Boutique
