We are seeking a strategic and experienced hospital operations leader to join a community-based, mission-driven healthcare institution. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving long-term infrastructure expansion, managing facilities, and optimizing operational efficiency in line with the hospital's care and service mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee major campus development and renovation projects (5–6 year scope)
• Manage hospital facilities maintenance, engineering, and safety compliance
• Oversee procurement and contract management processes
• Drive strategic maintenance operations, ensuring cost-efficiency and operational reliability
• Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams on operational planning
• Uphold the values and standards of the institution, fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace culture

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in hospital or healthcare operations
• Prior leadership in campus development or hospital infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of hospital procurement, facilities planning, and maintenance
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills
• Comfortable working in a faith-based, non-profit healthcare setting
