Event Operations Lead, International Analyst Relations, Analyst Relations (12 months contract) #FR - Toa Payoh

• Manage daily and strategic operations and events in partnership with leadership, senior direct reports and key cross-functional partners including Global AR Operations, Global AR Events, Field Marketing, Public Relations, Finance, etc.
• Manage budget and rhythm of business processes including OP1/OP2 planning, PO and contract management, operational metrics and team reporting.
• Develop and implement event marketing strategy across both industry (3P) events. Collaborate with Global AR Events and Field Marketing teams to deliver and scale impactful and measurable event experiences.
• Drive alignment across multiple programs at key moments in the marketing or project management cycle to maximize the effectiveness of the International AR team.
• Manage special projects in support of the Director/s as well as the full team.
• Create documents and presentations as needed.

• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
• Demonstrated experience in building, executing and scaling business operations and event marketing programs. Excellent written and oral communications skills. Team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership. Outstanding attention to detail; meticulous worker with high standards. Ability to manage changing priorities and use good judgment in an ambiguous environment. Experience working with remote, geographically-distributed teams across a multitude of timezones and languages
