Job Responsibilities:

• Handle catering inquiries and convert leads into confirmed sales
• Prepare tailored proposals based on client needs and budgets
• Coordinate event details with kitchen, logistics, and operations teams
• Conduct site visits and client tastings (where needed)
• Upsell additional services to maximize revenue
• Maintain accurate sales records and client communications
• Assist with contracts, invoicing, and schedule coordination

• Proven track record in catering or event sales
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Confident handling client interactions and closing deals
• Experience in a senior sales or client-facing role is a strong plus
