Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team. This position is open to both Full-Time and Part-Time candidates. Foreign applicants are welcome, and Work Permit application can be considered for suitable candidates.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating content, managing social media platforms, and helping to promote our company's projects and services through digital marketing.

• Plan, film, and edit short-form videos for social media platforms such as TikTok, Xiaohongshu (Rednote), Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Create engaging content to showcase our renovation projects, company activities, and services.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts.
• Monitor content performance and suggest new marketing ideas and strategies.
• Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns.
• Take photos and videos during project site visits and company events.
• Reply to basic social media enquiries and comments when required.
• Perform other administrative or assistant duties assigned by the company.

• Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) is a must.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Experience in video filming and editing.
• Familiar with social media platforms and current online trends.
• Creative, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in marketing, content creation, interior design, renovation, or related industries is an advantage but not required.
