IT Operations Executive/ IT Operations Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities:
IT Operations & User Support- Administer user accounts, email systems, and access controls
- Support procurement, setup, and maintenance of end-user devices and software
- Ensure timely resolution of IT issues in coordination with vendors
- Assist in system maintenance, updates, and upgrades
- Monitor system and security logs; escalate incidents where required
- Coordinate outsourced IT vendors (EUC, network, CCTV, etc.)
- Track service delivery and follow up on issue resolution
- Support cybersecurity awareness initiatives (e.g. phishing simulations, user training)
- Assist in enforcing data protection and IT governance policies
- Support IT setup for new facilities and operational expansions
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in IT or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant IT support or operations experience
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
Good to have:
- Exposure to network systems (e.g. Ubiquiti, Fortinet)
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices
