What you'll do:

As a Branch Sales and Service Manager Priority Banking, you will be entrusted with building lasting connections with priority banking clients through attentive service delivery and expert financial advice. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve conducting detailed financial profiling sessions to uncover each client’s objectives before recommending suitable banking solutions.

You will keep clients informed about market trends while collaborating with your branch manager on strategic planning for sales growth.

  • Conduct professional, consultative financial analysis sessions with clients to understand their unique needs and recommend tailored solutions across treasury, equities, funds, insurance, and other consumer banking products.
  • Foster deep client relationships by providing regular market updates and insightful trend analysis on both local and international financial products, ensuring clients feel supported in their financial journeys.
  • Collaborate closely with branch management to develop monthly plans aimed at achieving or exceeding sales targets for new business acquisition and customer retention goals.
  • Participate actively in marketing initiatives and promotional activities designed to attract new clients while strengthening existing relationships through thoughtful engagement.
  • Source individual prospects through networking efforts and outreach activities, including organising group presentations for clubs, associations, companies, and other organisations.
  • Deliver efficient after-sales support by addressing client queries promptly and ensuring all post-sale processes are handled with care and attention to detail.
  • Manage anti-attrition strategies by proactively identifying at-risk clients and implementing retention measures that reinforce trust in the bank’s services.
  • Solicit referrals from internal stakeholders such as Relationship Managers from other divisions or staff members to expand your network of potential clients.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all money laundering prevention procedures by monitoring transactions diligently and reporting any suspicious activity as required by regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain full compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and controls set forth by both internal governance frameworks and external authorities.
