About the Role

We're on the lookout for a motivated Production Engineer (Precast) to join our team! You'll play a key role in managing production schedules, materials, workforce, and ensuring top-notch quality standards. This is a great opportunity to grow with on-the-job training provided!

Key Responsibilities:
? Plan, manage & coordinate production for timely, high-quality delivery
? Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors & authorities
? Develop & track schedules, resources, and budgets
✅ Ensure compliance with QA/QC, safety, and performance standards
? Oversee quality, productivity & project execution
? Support team with technical expertise
? Submit reports on progress & performance
? Enforce safety regulations & company policies
? Manage site conditions, materials & workforce

✅ Requirements:

? Diploma in Civil / Building / Construction or equivalent
?️ Min. 2 years' experience in Precast / Construction supervision
?️ Proficient in AutoCAD & precast knowledge
? Familiar with ISO 9001 / 18001 / 45001 (an advantage!)
? Knowledge of regulations & safety practices
? No experience? No problem! Training will be provided
