The Company
Our client is a well-established company in the insurance industry. They are hiring an HR Advisor on a 6 months contract (maternity cover).
The Role
The HR Advisor will provide first-line HR support across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and HR operations, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and company policies. The role involves managing performance and talent processes, coordinating training and engagement initiatives, and supporting payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with internal and UK teams.Additionally, the HR Advisor will maintain accurate HR records, handle statutory reporting, and promote company values while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate holds a relevant HR certification and brings at least 5 years of experience as an HR generalist or advisor, with exposure to multi-country support. You possess strong knowledge of Asia employment laws, advisory practices, demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.You are required to be highly professional and discreet in handling sensitive information, proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently. Experience in the insurance industry is desirable, along with the ability to build strong relationships and adapt effectively in dynamic environments.
