Job Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Coordination:
- Serve as the first point of contact for new leads by arranging appointments and sharing essential project details (e.g., floor plans, mood boards).
- Manage project communication channels and coordinate updates effectively.
- Maintain professional boundaries with clients - we’ll support you in managing expectations.
Design & Project Support:
- Assist in carpentry discussions with clients, documenting key notes during meetings.
- Handle electrical drafting based on provided plans - no on-site presence required.
- Prepare floor plans, updated quotations, and VR view screenshots for client discussions.
- Manage tile and raw material deliveries based on subcontractor requirements.
Project Administration:
- Process hacking applications and liaise with clients for required details.
- Share project schedules with owners and remind subcontractors about key tasks.
- Organize invoices and documentation, ensuring accurate P&L reporting.
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Spatial Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in residential or hospitality design is a plus.
- Proficiency or working knowledge of design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or equivalent
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail, with a structured and organised approach to work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients professionally
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Passion for design, materials, and aesthetics, with a keen eye for detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Professional working proficiency in English and Chinese
- Ideally able to commit for 1 year
