As a member of a regional IT team based Singapore, supporting a broad footprint across the Asia-Pacific region, you will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
- Manage application changes, enhancements, and project rollouts for Global Finance systems (e.g., Structured & Trade Finance).
- Provide Level 1 & 2 support for business-critical platforms, including SWIFT and regulatory reporting tools.
- Monitor and maintain application performance; manage upgrades, releases, and incident resolution.
- Coordinate with local/global IT teams and vendors for system support and improvements.
- Develop tools and scripts to enhance support efficiency; maintain technical documentation.
- Participate in system implementations (e.g., new branches, migrations, upgrades).
Technical Skills:
- SWIFT infrastructure (SAA, SAG, SWP), message routing, certificate management.
- Setting up and supporting experience on SWIFT Alliance Access, SWIFT Alliance Gateway
- Managing PKI certificates in O2M and SAG
- Knowledge on Swift Alliance Access (SAA) application such as managing the routing rules, application interface, SWIFTNet Interface, User Management and Central RMA
- Managing the flow of the messages
- Administrative knowledge on SWIFT Web Platform(SWP) Application
- OS: Windows, Linux, Unix | DB: SQL | Tools: Zabbix, Control-M, CFT, MQ-Series, Splunk.
- Scripting: Python, PowerShell.
