Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the general manager in overseeing daily operations, staff supervision, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Assist in recruiting, training, and scheduling team members while fostering a positive work environment.
- Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Operations Oversight: Coordinate seamlessly between the front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flows.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and kitchenware, place orders, and manage vendor relationships.
- Compliance & Hygiene: Ensure the establishment complies with all local health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of previous supervisory or management experience in the F&B industry.
