Warehouse Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments
• Coordinate stock arrangement, inventory control, and warehouse organization
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff
• Conduct stock checks and inventory audits
• Coordinate with logistics, delivery, and operations teams
• Ensure workplace safety and warehouse cleanliness
• Handle operational issues and improve warehouse efficiency
• Prepare warehouse reports and basic documentation

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics management preferred
• Able to manage and lead warehouse staff
• Responsible, organized, and proactive
• Basic computer knowledge and inventory management skills
• Able to communicate in English and Chinese
• Singaporeans, Malaysia, or candidates able to work in Singapore are welcome to apply
