Responsibilities for food technologist- Supporting the project team during the product and/or process development and implementation phases, ensuring a successful launch of innovation, renovation, cost optimization and Supply Chain request projects
- Development and implementation of innovative Ready-To-Eat Cereals or ambient snack products and improving product quality, cost, productivity and capacity in operations within Europe
- Providing a supporting role executing delegated tasks under guidance
- Lead and oversee ongoing construction of Aroma Nutrition Innovation Center (Est
- Lead development and scale up of technical solutions from concept to execution for Aroma Performance ingredients, functional systems or finished products (prototypes) for specified segments (proteins ) per brief and within allotted time
- Research and communicate new developments in products
- Manage Research Technician and their tasks
- Perform audits to investigate and identify concerns and areas of opportunity within Clubs to include food safety, compliance, waste reduction
- Maintain current formula/recipe database system and verify new recipe accuracy prior to implementation
- Validates company portfolio solutions against client needs, and shapes as necessary for client acceptance
- Preferred minimum 2 years working experience in related field
