About the Role:

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Outbound Sales
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Reach out to leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce our products/services.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups for the sales team.
- Keep records updated in the CRM system.
- Social Media Marketing
- Assist in planning and creating content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, company website, etc.).
- Help monitor engagement and respond to messages or comments.
- Support the execution of campaigns and contests to grow brand awareness.
- Track basic performance metrics (likes, shares, followers) and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with 1-2 years of experience and holding a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with outreach and engaging new people.
- Creative mindset and interest in social media trends.
- Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, or any CRM.
- Prior internship or project work related to sales or social media is a plus.
- Should be well versed with all social media platforms and have knowledge of basic digital marketing concepts.
