Job Description:
This is a full time role for an Accountant located in Orchard. Our clients are in the management consultancy services industry.
Responsible- Accounts Payable functions include verifying supplier’s invoices, initiating payments, data entry and maintenance & reconciliation of creditors’ ledger.
- Accounts Receivables function include AR aging, prepare AR reports & monitor cash balance.
- Handle petty cash claims and reimbursement.
- Monthly bank and accounts reconciliation.
- Handling staff claims.
- GST returns and ensure all transactions comply with IRAS’s regulations.
- Liaise with auditors and preparing audit schedules.
- Undertake instructions from Directors and Managers for the transactions & assignments given.
- Manage full sets of accounts and ensure timely & accurate month end closing.
- Other ad-hoc duties that being assigned by supervisor from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year working experience handle full set account in Singapore
- Minimum diploma in Accounts
