Hospital Operation Executive / Assistant Manager (Multiple Departments)
Location: Kent Ridge

⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Office Hours)

Salary: $3,200 – $6,000 (depending on experience)

?️ Job Scope:

Support daily operational processes and ensure smooth workflow
Coordinate with internal departments to improve efficiency
Monitor and track operational performance and KPIs
Assist in process improvements and implementation of new initiatives
Handle reporting, data analysis, and documentation
Liaise with stakeholders to resolve operational issues

✅ Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in relevant field
Strong organisational and communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Prior healthcare/admin experience is a plus
