Investment and Asset Management Manager / Executive

We are looking for an investment and asset management manager / executive to manage the investment and growth of our Company’s surplus funds.

The job responsibilities are as follows:

• To source for investment opportunities in equities and / or real estates in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, China and Europe
• Monthly Presentation of investment opportunities to the board of shareholders to secure approval for the investment
• To invest and build up a portfolio of investments with positive yield and cashflow, given a certain fund size
• Active asset management of the portfolio so as to optimize the returns of the investment portfolio
• Quarterly reporting of the financial performance of portfolio, with comparison to the cashflow presented for investment approval and annual budget

The requirements for the position are as follows:

• At least 5 years of experience in Market Research and Analysis on Investments Opportunities and Market trends
• Experience in Financial Modeling of Investment and returns cashflows
• Working knowledge on the use of financial leverage for optimization of financial returns
• Good knowledge in the various financial parameters such as IRR, Yield, Equity Multiple etc
• Track Record in sourcing for and securing investment opportunities in equities and / or real estates in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, China and Europe
• Proven Track record in building up and / or managing an investment portfolio of positive cashflow
