Are you looking to build a meaningful career in healthcare operations? We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Executive / Senior Executive to join at a leading specialist healthcare centre in Singapore. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to life-impacting work supporting healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the operations and administration team, you will:
- Coordinate and streamline clinical workflows to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Collate and analyse clinical and administrative data to support process improvement
- Provide secretarial support, including scheduling, room bookings, agenda preparation, and minute-taking
- Assist with IT system upgrades and manage processes during downtimes
- Handle procurement of medical equipment and consumables, and process related payments
- Support billing reconciliation and patient administration coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely referrals and financial counselling
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and operational readiness initiatives as required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior healthcare or operations experience is a plus
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, analytical mindset with a collaborative attitude
- Comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams
