Marketing & Sales Assistant (APAC HQ || No Experience Required) - RRWJ

• Assist in organizing events and exhibitions
• Support creation and sourcing of corporate marketing tools
• Maintain and update social media profiles and content
• Coordinate with corporate HQ marketing team

• Assist distribution partners with marketing materials for campaigns and events
• Perform periodic checks on distributors’ websites for accuracy and updates
• Maintain and distribute marketing collateral inventory

• Research and canvass prospects via online/phone
• Enter and update sales leads & opportunities in CRM
• Qualify incoming leads and convert into opportunities
• Manage inquiries from multiple channels (web, social media, events, email, phone)

• Assist in sales reporting and meeting minutes
• Regularly update customer and contact databases

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Candidates without experience are welcome to apply)
• Creative, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of Adobe design tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat)
• Strong communication skills in English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (other languages an advantage)
