To assist the project Manager in managing a construction site in its day to day poerations .- Familiar with structural or architectural works or wet work ( plastering, brickworks)
- Familiar with external works, etc,
- Develop a work schedule for workers
- Supervise all construction workers
- Solve disputes between workers
- Be the liaison between cinstruction workers and supervisors
.Report on progress to managers,engineers etc.
Requirements- Proven experience as construction foreman In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines
- Min 5Years of relevant working experience
- Understand the performance fo tiles and have rich experience in tile laying
- Shift work and weekend duty is required
- DIplomar,buiding construction related,skill evalution certificate level 1&2 BCA
