Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager to support the Regional Managed Solutions platform within Private Banking.In this role, you will be involved in the end-to-end management of investment products such as Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, and Evergreen Funds. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external asset managers to ensure smooth product operations, accurate reporting, and continuous platform enhancements.

ResponsibilitiesProduct & Platform Management
- Support end-to-end management of the Managed Solutions platform, including product onboarding and system operations
- Monitor product performance and support Net Asset Value (NAV) reporting
- Maintain and ensure smooth functioning of BAU platforms and systems
- Assist in system enhancements, product rollouts, and platform upgrades
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate monthly and quarterly reporting
- Work closely with internal teams and external asset managers to support product-related activities
- Manage vendor relationships and support payment processing
- Build and maintain good relationships across business units and external partners
- Support regional product initiatives and ongoing improvement projects
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, reporting, and operational efficiency
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and strategic initiatives as required
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product management or investment-related roles, preferably within Managed Solutions or private banking
- Good understanding of investment products such as Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, or similar
- Familiarity with financial platforms such as Morningstar, Bloomberg, Preqin, or Albourne
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
