Position: Admin Assistant/Executive
- Location: Raffles Quay (Walking Distance from MRT)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.45am - 6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 16 Days AL + Flexi Benefits
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Insurance Broking
Main Responsibilities:
- General administrative and operational duties
- Entering and updating service provider/ client records
- Handling paperwork and formalities for claim matter
- Organizing and maintaining files
- Assist in invoice preparation and issuance
- Data entry for invoices
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Full training and guidance is provided
