Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing for employees including international payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Responsible for quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting in payroll.
- Participate in HR cost provision reporting to ensure accurate financial planning and analysis.
- Review and reconcile payroll reports, promptly addressing discrepancies and resolving issues.
- Work closely with Finance on payroll closure, general ledger reporting, payroll reconciliations.
- Support HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll questions or concerns, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection laws.
- Manage all records in the HRIS and ensure all information is updated accurately from time to time.
- Manage all type of government claims submissioon
- Manage employee flexi benefits programs
- Support in all company events, and handle ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in E-frontier and payroll software; advanced Excel skills are a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Understanding of regional HR practices and payroll compliance are a plus
