Assistant Application Engineer (No Exp Req)

Our Client:

• Distributor of Automation System
• Monday - Friday, 9am - 6.15pm
• Central - Kallang
• Basic UP $3200 + Completion Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Respond to enquiries from sales representatives and customers via phone or email, providing guidance on product capabilities, specifications, and applications.
• Diagnose, analyse, and resolve customer issues remotely or through on-site support.
• Conduct product application testing and demonstrations for sales staff and customers.
• Provide on-site technical support at customer locations, including system setup, configuration, and fine-tuning.
• Deliver post-sales application training to customers to ensure effective product usage.
• Develop, update, and maintain training manuals and documentation for customer training.
• Support sales representatives with customer presentations and product demonstrations when required.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance departmental efficiency and lead improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to company and departmental policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering
• No experiences required, training will be provided
