Procurement Assistant (6 Months Contract)
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday – 8.30am to 6pm
Friday – 8.30am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and maintain procurement data in the system
- Ensure all records are up-to-date and organized
- Assist in the creation and issuance of purchase orders based on approved requisitions
- Prepare and maintain procurement reports as required
- Document all procurement activities and maintain accurate records
- Assist the procurement team with various administrative tasks as needed
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiar with Ariba / SAP would be an added advantage
- Positive working attitude, willingness to learn and thrives in a team environment
