Procurement Assistant (6 Months Contract)

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday – 8.30am to 6pm

Friday – 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and maintain procurement data in the system
  • Ensure all records are up-to-date and organized
  • Assist in the creation and issuance of purchase orders based on approved requisitions
  • Prepare and maintain procurement reports as required
  • Document all procurement activities and maintain accurate records
  • Assist the procurement team with various administrative tasks as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiar with Ariba / SAP would be an added advantage
  • Positive working attitude, willingness to learn and thrives in a team environment
