About the role
At NovaFlux Media, we are seeking an experienced Media Film Producer to join our dynamic team in the West Region. As a full-time position, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the production of innovative and engaging media content across a variety of platforms.
What you'll be doing- Collaborating with the creative team to conceptualise and develop engaging film and video projects
- Overseeing all aspects of the production process, from pre-production planning to post-production editing
- Managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure their requirements are met
- Mentoring and supporting a team of production assistants and videographers
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the production process
- Extensive experience in film and video production, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects
- Strong understanding of the production process, including pre-production planning, filming, and post-production
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in the use of video editing software and other production tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team
- Degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
