Customer Service Officer (Basic IT knowledge/ Support ticket Systems) - Geylang
- Location : Aljunied - (Nearest MRT: Aljunied)
- Working hours : 5 days a week, Monday - Friday - 9am - 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross Up to $3000 + Annual Leave
- Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email,
- Provide basic troubleshooting for common technical/system-related issues
- Guide customers on system navigation or application processes
- Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on customer requests or escalations
- Maintain records of interactions and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in customer service preferred
- Basic IT knowledge (e.g., able to understand web-based systems, troubleshoot login or usage issues)
- Patient, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable using CRM or support ticket systems (training can be provided)
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese customers who can converse in Mandarin only.
