Senior HR Executive | 1 year contract

A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Senior HR Executive (1-year contract) position based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for the Performance Management system, global guidelines, and handling technical inquiries from the region or staff members
• Provide proactive support in overseeing performance management projects, encompassing coordination, implementation, and subsequent evaluation of results
• Partner with regional teams to provide comprehensive support in implementing Global HR projects, fostering alignment and best practices across the organization
• Collaborate closely with the system support team to manage employee inquiries and execute functional improvements for the performance management platform
• Provide support and contribute to various ONEAcademy initiatives, ensuring consistency with established objectives
• Participate in any ad-hoc projects and provide support as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant discipline
• 2 years of experience in HR, especially in performance management
• Good time and project management skills, including overseeing timelines and follow-ups
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as a team player
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
