Leasing Administrative Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Operations Administrative Executive to support the Operations team in ensuring smooth and accurate shopping mall operations. This role offers hands-on experience in administrative tasks, purchasing, tenant coordination, and general operational support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Operations team to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing activities
- Prepare invoices, perform data entry, and submit regular reports
- Coordinate paperwork related to meter readings, carpark systems, M&E services, and other operational processes
- Support documentation for renovation works and reinstatement cases
- Assist in tenant correspondences and administrative dealings
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including liaising with authorities on administrative matters
- Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Systematic, organized, and detail-oriented
