Trade Finance Executive

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily trade finance processing for shipments, including reviewing contract payment terms and LC conditions, preparing LC applications, and arranging Cargo/Freight loans.
• Update trade finance worksheets promptly to ensure accurate and timely records.
• Attend to bank queries and liaise with Operations for counterparties' queries regarding shipments.
• Monitor cash margin requirements for LC issuance and coordinate with Treasury for fund transfers.
• Review and check trade finance bank charges, including LC issuing fees, negotiation fees, discounting interest, and TR Loan interest.
• Assist with ad-hoc trade finance processing tasks, including insurance payments, demurrages, and other operational expenses/claims.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of trade finance processes with hands-on experience.
• Meticulous with excellent organizational skills.
