• Serve as the technical expert during sales presentations, clearly articulating product features and benefits to potential clients.
• Perform in-depth market research to identify customer needs, potential obstacles, and integration possibilities.
• Work closely with the sales team to craft tailored proposals and presentations that address specific client requirements.
• Offer technical support to customers, addressing questions about product implementation, functionality, and advantages.
• Assist in preparing responses to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring technical accuracy in all documentation.
• Build and maintain client relationships, positioning the company as a reliable and knowledgeable partner.
• Attend client meetings and support customer audit processes.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and status updates.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

• Familiarity with telecommunications sales, business development, marketing, and channel sales strategies.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Highly self-driven, results-focused, collaborative, and capable of working independently.
