About the role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at PROBIZ SOLUTIONS PTE LTD''. As a Bar Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.This is a full-time position based in the East Region.
What you'll be doing- Assist the Bar Manager in the overall management and supervision of bar operations
- Ensure efficient and effective bar service, including inventory management, stock control, and pricing
- Train, schedule, and supervise bar staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance
- Establish and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the bar
- Develop and implement new cocktail and beverage menus, and promote them to customers
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar bar assistant manager or supervisory role
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting
- Knowledgeable about current trends and best practices in the bar and beverage industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
