Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at a leading integrated general hospital. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work across inpatient and/or outpatient settings, providing life-changing care while growing your expertise through clinical supervision, education, and research opportunities.

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services independently to patients across a variety of clinical settings.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that meet established clinical standards.
• Monitor and review patients’ progress, ensuring continuity of care throughout their recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical interventions and patient outcomes.
• Mentor and supervise junior Occupational Therapists and Conditional-Registered OTs, supporting their professional development.
• Support administrative functions, including billing and data reporting.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver holistic patient care.
• Contribute to innovative clinical or service improvement initiatives.
• Play an active role in educating and mentoring occupational therapy students.
• Participate in departmental training sessions and represent the department in hospital-wide education programs.

• Diploma / Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Interest in working in the following areas: Geriatrics, Neurology, Orthopedics (including hand therapy) & Palliative Care, prior experience in any of these areas will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work well in a team and also independently
• Competent in using Microsoft Office
