Project Logistics Manager (M&E Equipment & Materials)

• Customer’s office Commonwealth Drive
• Project sites as required

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Plan and execute end-to-end logistics for M&E equipment and materials
• Coordinate international shipments, customs clearance, and local transportation
• Develop and manage site logistics plans aligned with construction schedules
• Control delivery sequencing under space and access constraints
• Collaborate with M&E contractors, subcontractors, and consultants on-site
• Manage off-site warehousing and just-in-time delivery
• Handle heavy lift and oversized cargo logistics when required
• Identify and mitigate logistics risks impacting project progress

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in project logistics or construction logistics
• Experience with M&E contractors or infrastructure projects preferred
• Strong background in site-based logistics coordination
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken) and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking clients
