Marketing Executive (Healthcare) - Toa Payoh

Responsibilities:

• Plan and write high-quality content for websites, social media, brochures, patient handouts, and blog articles
• Develop clear, educational materials to explain clinical services, procedures, and medical conditions to a general audience
• Work with clinical team to translate complex medical information into accurate, accessible, and engaging content
• Maintain a strategic content calendar to ensure consistent publishing across all platforms
• Create, schedule, and manage social media content with appropriate messaging, visuals, and hashtags aligned with brand identity
• Optimise written content for search engines through effective keyword research, meta descriptions, and best SEO practices
• Oversee updates to Google Business profiles, online directories, and healthcare listing platforms to ensure accuracy and visibility
• Manage SEM campaigns, including Google Ads, to increase visibility and patient acquisition
• Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all communication channels
• Monitor digital content performance using analytics tools, and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Support internal marketing efforts such as clinic campaigns, health talks, patient education initiatives, and media outreach
• Assist with the development of new marketing collaterals, patient information kits, and branded materials as needed

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• Strong writing and editing skills with a good command of English
• Experience in content creation for websites, social media, or marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and basic keyword research
• Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva and Adobe programs
• Prior experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is an advantage
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools
