Landscape Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Landscape Coordinator to join our fast-growing young team at Rayne or Shine Landscapes & Events in the West Region. @rayneorshine.sg on Instagram. This full-time position is crucial in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our landscaping services to our clients as well as executing our botanical designs for events.

As the Landscape Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing projects, overseeing teams, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate and schedule the work of landscaping crews to meet project deadlines and client requirements
• Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and other resources required for landscaping projects
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and communicate project progress and updates
• Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Provide leadership and guidance to landscaping teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Monitor and report on project performance, identifying and addressing any issues or challenges
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our landscaping services and processes

• Class 3/3A Driving License
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a landscape coordination or project management role
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and team members
• Proficient in project management, scheduling, and resource planning
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities on jobsite to complete projects timely
• Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
