Customer Relations Attend Staff (Japanese Speaking) - Geylang

Salary range: SGD 2,700 - 4,500

Our Client is a Japanese Risk Management company. The incumbent is expected to provide a good customer service experience to the customers as well as to act as a Japanese interpreter.

• Provide service to our Japanese member/spouse/child at the local hospital/clinic as an interpreter for their doctor consultation, reception procedures, medical explanations, Insurance applications and payment procedures.
• Provide support for assigned tasks & handling phone calls & email correspondence.
• Translate documents in Japanese, English and Chinese.
• Provide general administrative & operational support.
• Input monthly data entry and perform ad-hoc duties.

【 Requirements & Preferences 】

• Diploma in any discipline
• Inexperienced candidates are welcome, 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Japanese (at least JLPT N2 level) is required to communicate effectively with customers from various regions
• Willingness to be on standby duty 2–3 days per week during non-office hours, weekends, and public holidays, as required by the role
