Assistant Manager, Finance | One North | Up to $5,000 - Toa Payoh

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Manage and oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, including monitoring performance against budget and providing recommendations for improvement
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights and recommendations to senior management
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications
