Dental Assistant/Nurse & Receptionist

We are a boutique dental practice in Katong for 35 years. We have multiple dentists on rotation and a digital X-ray in-house facility.

Job responsibilities:

• Assist Dentists with various dental procedures.
• Wash, disinfect and sterilize dental instruments.
• Maintenance of room cleanliness before/after patient use and at the end of day.

• Check in and check out patients.
• Collect fees via various modes of payments.
• Assist with data entry drafts for online insurance claims.
• Respond professionally to phone calls and emails.
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by Dental Manager.

Requirements:

• At least ‘O’/’N’ Level qualification.
• Experience (eg. NITEC in Dental Assisting) preferred but not compulsory. Training will be provided.
• Knowledge of English and Chinese essential.
• Willing to learn, take initiative to completed assigned tasks on time.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as a team.
• Able to multitask in a fast pace environment.
• Competent in email, basic Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace equivalents.
• 5.5 days work week, 1 hour lunch break per day (must be able to commit every Saturday 9am-6pm). No nights and no Sundays!
