Production Operator (QC Check) /& QC Inspector

1. Production Operator (QC Check) /Up to $2,500 @Tuas South

• Pick and load electronic components onto trays based on work orders
• Perform basic visual inspection to ensure quality
• Follow SOPs and maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work closely with technicians, supervisors, and QA personnel
• Able to perform repetitive tasks with good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

1. QC Inspector/Up to $2,500 @Tuas South

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections using a low-power microscope.
• Conduct measurements using Measuring Scope/3D Measurement/SmartScope/Digital Indicator
• Verify that products meet customer specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Record inspection results accurately in inspection reports, check sheets, or quality systems.
• Identify non-conforming products and report issues to the supervisor.
• Support root cause analysis, corrective actions and work with production to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain documentation of inspection records and ensure equipment is properly calibrated.
• Willing to work in a cleanroom environment, wearing a jumpsuit.
