Assistant Manager, E-Commerce (FMGC) - Bukit Merah

• Location: Balestier, Singapore
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours / Flexible Work Arrangement
• Contract Duration: 12 months (Renewable / Convertible)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage e-commerce sales across pureplay, omnichannel, and quick commerce platforms.
• Drive sales conversion, category expansion, and pricing competitiveness.
• Implement data-driven strategies to boost market share, revenue, and profitability.
• Lead demand forecasting for accurate volume projections and optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and commercial teams to prevent inventory issues.
• Build strong partnerships with key e-commerce accounts through annual JBPs.
• Develop growth roadmaps with e-commerce platforms, aligning on category expansion and promotional investments.
• Negotiate better terms with e-commerce retailers, including discounts and ad placements.
• Optimize promotional spending for maximum ROI.
• Align strategies across markets for synchronized campaigns and mega sale events.
• Explore new digital commerce trends to stay ahead of competitors.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in E-Commerce Key Account Management.
• Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate win-win agreements.
• Expertise in S&OP processes and inventory management.
• Ability to analyze e-commerce KPIs and optimize strategies.
• Experience working with supply chain, marketing, finance, and digital teams.
• Fluent in English for effective communication.
