Job Title: Painting Supervisor (Facility Maintenance)
Location: Central Singapore

Salary: $2,500 – $3,000 (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead painting and cleaning staff in facility maintenance
Plan and assign daily painting and cleaning duties
Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards for both painting and cleanliness
Carry out minor touch-up painting and oversee larger painting works
Handle staff scheduling and attendance
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

Experience as a Painting / Facility Maintenance Supervisor preferred
Able to work independently and lead a team
Good communication and organizational skills
Willing to work on weekends
